Holden and McCoy = BFF

On Monday afternoon, Holden and his mommy came by for a visit! McCoy was so excited to see them! When Leanne walked in with the babyseat, McCoy kept flapping his arms and pointing at it, waiting for her to set it down. Once we got Holden out, McCoy would not leave him alone. He kept wanting to rub his head and give him kisses or hugs! It was so sweet!

I was really worried because McCoy can be a little rough, but it was like he knew that he had to be gentle with Holden. We did have one little mishap...McCoy dropped something on Holden's eye and it left a little red spot...but he didn't mean to and he looked so sad when Holden started crying. I guess it will make a good story for when the boys are older...McCoy gave Holden his first booboo! We hope that Holden's booboo is better and we can't wait for their next visit!

Valentine's Day in Austin

This year, Kirk, McCoy, and I spent Valentine's Day in Austin, TX. McCoy's Aunt Sara moved there in August so we decided to go visit! Gigi and Pop met us there, too!!! Also, we arranged it so that we would be there during the Austin Marathon and Kirk could run in his 4th marathon!!

We had so much fun in Austin and stayed really busy. There is so much great shopping that we didn't get to make it everywhere but we already have places marked that we want to go next time! We got so spoiled by going to the Central Market and Whole Foods that we're really wanting one to open in NWA!!! They are the best grocery stores!

On Valentine's Day, we figured all the restaurants would be packed, so we got sushi and shrimp from Central Market and all hung out at Aunt Sara's apartment. It was so yummy!!

Sunday was marathon day! It was such a pretty day, too! Kirk did a great job and finished in 4 hrs 33 min with no injuries! Yeah!!

McCoy had lots of fun listening to the bands along the race with Pop, but he was worn out after it was over!

I wish I would've gotten more pictures and I'll try to next time! Austin is a really neat city, although I don't know if I would ever get used to the traffic!! We had so much fun and wished we could've stayed longer! We can't wait for next time!

Our Three Boys

Jackson Edward

On Saturday, Leanne, Holden, McCoy and I loaded up and went to Tulsa to meet Jackson. McCoy and Holden were so excited to meet their new best buddy! Jackson is so handsome and such a sweet baby! McCoy had lots of fun playing with Jackson's toys and his two dogs. He did a great job being gentle with both babies and he thinks they are so cool. He can't wait for them to run around and play with him!

Of course we had to get a picture of all three of them together which turned out to be pretty difficult but also, pretty funny!

McCoy was really into playing with Jackson and Holden. At one point, he reached for Holden so Leanne sat him on his lap. It was so funny! McCoy was ready for Holden's mama to take him back after a few seconds though!

"Ummm, what now??"

"Taking care of two babies is tough!!"

We had such a good time and the day flew by way too fast! I have a feeling that these three boys are going to have a lot of fun together over the years!

SuperBowl Sunday 2009

McCoy had a great time watching the SuperBowl with Daddy this year! We took all the pillows off the couch and put them on the floor so they could play some tackle football during the timeouts. He is definitely all boy and loves to wrestle with Daddy! They had lots of fun!

McCoy loves to party!

Over the past couple of months, we've gone to two birthday parties for some of McCoy's good friends! In December, (I know...I'm way behind) we went to Cy's birthday party and had so much fun! It was a pajama party and Santa showed up to hand out gifts! McCoy had lots of fun checking out Cy's toys and playing in his playroom. Since I didn't have Kirk there to help out, I wasn't able to get many pictures :( We did meet a new friend that McCoy had a blast playing with! We've seen Cole's blog but had never met him and his mommy. We were so glad to be able to meet them and had so much fun at Cy's party!!! Thanks for having us!!

A couple of weekends ago, we went to Addison's Rockstar party! Daddy was able to come to this one so I got a few more pictures. McCoy, once again, loved playing with Addison's toys and especially loved the balloons that were floating around! Everything was so cute and Addison looked absolutely adorable!

He loved playing with Addison and met another new friend, Evie. She is such a cutie!

We are so happy for our very good friends, Lauren and Daniel, on the birth of their new baby boy! McCoy can't wait to meet his newest buddy this weekend! More pictures to come after our visit... We love yall!!!

Also, on January 21st, my friend Joanna had a birthday! Sorry I'm late on posting but I wanted to let you know that I wish that I had been able to come to Ireland and celebrate with you. I know you had so much fun!!!! Happy late birthday, JoJo!
