Easter Cupcakes and Meeting Blog Friends!

I hope everyone had a Happy Easter! I know we did. We stayed in town this year and went to church and had lunch with my in-laws and my sister. The food and company were both excellent! I must brag on myself and say that my Betty Crocker side came out this year. I guess this whole pregnancy thing (isn't it great to blame everything on that) has got me thinking about cupcakes a lot so I decide to make some. They turned out really cute!

The one on the bottom, with yellow eyes, was Kirk's. It's a scary looking rabbit, but I was glad to have his help!

On a different note, we just got home from eating dinner with a blog friend! It was our first time to meet in real life. Amanda, my friend that got me started on blogging, went to college with Kim and they've been best friends ever since! So...Kim came to visit and brought her baby, Adalie, and we got to meet! It's so strange because I feel like I know her already since I always read her blog. I meant to bring my camera to get pictures but I forgot it! Anyways, Kirk and I had such a good time loving on Harry and Adalie. They're both such wonderful babies and we're definitely hoping ours takes after them! We hope to see Kim and Adalie again soon!
