McCoy is 8 months old today!!! Since I was a little late at our 7 month post, there's not a whole lot to add. The main thing is that he's more fun than ever!!!! He's still so happy and laidback! He has become a bit more of a wiggle worm whenever I'm changing his diaper or getting him dressed but I think it's so funny.
Oh, and I almost forgot.... HE'S GOT TEETH!!! On the Tuesday after Memorial Day, he woke up and was a little fussy, which is kind of strange for him. I noticed that his gums were really swollen and by the end of the day I could see the two white buds on his bottom gums. It's been really hard to get a picture but here's what they look like today...
He's not crawling yet but he's doing a LOT better on his stomach and he'll get up on his knees and then on his hands but never at he same time. I'm assuming someday he'll just get on all fours and take off! For now, mommy and daddy are enjoying this time before we have to start chasing him all over the place!!
We're having such a great summer and McCoy loves being outside. We're trying to spend as much time outdoors as possible with LOTS of sunscreen on!He loves his indoor/outdoor pool....
His laugh is Kirk and I's favorite sound ever!!! It's so contagious and we could listen to him laugh all day long.
We're loving life with him and the only thing that could make it better is if time would slow down!! It's going way too fast!!!

He is so adorable!! That really is a fun age!!! You were so right, you will just wake up one day and he will be able to crawl all over the place. It was like that for Tayson and walking too!!
It only gets better. But I have to agree with you time just goes by way too fast!!!!! I love his little smile.
The picture of him at the zoo...are you kidding me? Could he be any cuter?!?!
I can hardly believe he is 8 months. It is going by so fast! He is such a cute and I need to make a point to get down there to see him more. I love the tickle video.
8 months!!! WOW! It seems like since I found your blog he was 4 months old? Time sure does fly...
Amen, time flies! I know I say this all of the time, but he is such a beautiful baby.
He's precious and yes, time does go so, so fast! Enjoy the summer sun!
How precious YOU are, McCoy! If you don't slow down growing so fast Dig is going to have to take the truck and buy a much larger frog!
