McCoy is going to be a big brother!!
Woohoo!!!
That's right! Baby #2 is on it's way and if all goes well, the little bean will be here in mid-late October. My actual due date is October, 21...only 12 days after McCoy's birthday! We're absolutely thrilled!!! I was 7 weeks yesterday, so it's still very early but we're AWFUL at keeping secrets!
We've been talking to McCoy about being a big brother and I've told him that there's a baby in my belly. So now, when I ask him where Mommy's other baby is he waves at my belly and says "hi baby" and gives it a kiss! So cute!
We found out the day after Valentine's Day and kept it a secret for about a week. We couldn't go any longer than that because I just knew Kirk was about to tell somebody!
It won't be just the 3 of us for long!
Luckily, my mom came in town and we got to tell her. There is no picture of Pop getting the news because we had to tell him on Skype. We had McCoy wear his "Big Bro" shirt but I think Pop got a little confused!

We took McCoy over to Kirk's parents and told them the exciting news, too!

I've been feeling ok so far. Mainly exhausted and a little nauseous. I don't remember being this tired with McCoy but then I didn't have a 2 year old to chase around! He definitely keeps me busy and helps me forget a little bit about the nausea! Always a plus! Also, I'm not complaining at all about the nausea because I have a feeling it's going to get much worse before it gets better. However, I'm thankful to be having symptoms and know that this baby is growing inside of me!
Kirk and I just feel so blessed to have Baby #2 on the way and to know that this baby will have a wonderful big brother and lots of love!!

Congratulations!! How exciting! Praying for a safe and healthy pregnancy! And I definitely agree, being pregnant with Tristin I was much more tired, and I really think it was because I was keeping up with Tayson. There was no going home after work and laying on the couch until I went to bed!
