America's Favorite Pasttime

The Easter bunny brought McCoy a t-ball set and on Wednesday, it was warm enough for us to head outside and try it out! McCoy loves anything that has a ball and something that you can hit things with, so he was having a big time!
Of course we had to get a picture of McCoy and his first tball coach, Daddy. I think this is the moment that Kirk has been waiting for since we found out we were having a boy...

McCoy and Coach Daddy

I just decided I needed to stay out of the way and take pictures. Baseball (or t-ball) is not really Mommy's thing!

Setting up for a swing...

Serious concentration when his tongue is out...

HOMERUN!!!

"Who wants my signed ball??"
McCoy did a great job and Coach was very impressed! He also liked hitting the plants and anything else he could find with his bat. His new toy has many uses!
After the baseball game, McCoy took his bath and Daddy gave him a new slicked back hairdo. Maybe baseball players do their hair this way???

"My daddy does my hair!"
After Wednesday's practice, we wanted to take McCoy to see the real thing. On Friday night, we met up with Holden and his parents for pizza at Tim's and then we went to the Naturals game. McCoy had a big time! He loved watching the game, dancing to the music, and playing with Holden. I think the only part he wasn't to thrilled about was meeting Strike, the sasquatch...which I can completely understand. He's a little scary looking! All of the adorable pictures of Holden and McCoy together are on Leanne's camera so I'll have to steal those from her blog...

Kisses for Daddy!

"Go Naturals!

"Ok, enough with the pictures!"

Those pictures of McCoy playing t-ball are so cute! The Easter Bunny actually brought that same t-ball set to our house for Tayson too!
