You know how annoying it is to be a kid and have someone pinch your cheeks? Well, I literally have to hold myself back from pinching McCoy's all day long!!! He's just so darn cute! He has been all smiles, all day looking very adorable in his sock monkey shirt that Gigi gave him.
He played on his stomach for a little while, which he doesn't love but can tolerate a little longer if he has something to stick in his mouth. It also helps if someone is right down on the floor with him holding a camera in his face. I think he's become quite the little camera hound!
Last night he decided to act like a big boy and hold his own bottle! I want him to grow and start doing new things, but not too fast!!! He can't hold it for very long though so he still needs me and daddy there to help. That makes me feel a little better...
We just have so much fun hanging out with him. He's such a happy baby! I know I say this a lot, but Kirk and I really do feel so blessed to have him in our lives now. We can't really figure out what we did before!!!

I like the "get out of jail free card" as first time parents. That is so true..there is a lot of trial and error involved. and yes, Cy is so so long for his age I think. Like McCoy, he measures in the top percentile for everything! It's crazy!
He is such a happy boy!! What could be greater than knowing you are making your baby happy?! It has to make you feel like you are doing an awesome job as parents to look at your boy and have him smile at you like that!
