Normally, he wakes up anywhere from 4-5 am for his first feeding. After eating, he goes straight back into his cradle to sleep until about 7:00 or 8:00. Well...this morning was a little different! I put him back in his cradle and he was having none of that. He kept fussing a little and Kirk or I would lean over, give him his paci, and then lay back down. We did this a couple of times until we decided it was time to get up. When I went to pick him up, he was so excited!!
So we headed into the kitchen to make breakfast. Kirk had the idea that McCoy was just up because he wanted some chocolate chip cookies!!
Here was the scene in our kitchen at 5:30 am...
Definitely worth getting up early for!!!

That is an adorable picture of the two of them at 5:30AM. One of my favorite pictures of Jett was taken at around 3:00AM when he was up and ready to play. They are so much fun, even in the wee hours of the morning.

I couldn't pay my husband to bake cookies at that hour of the morning! Your two boys are too cute! BTW, my sparkly eggs came from Wal-Mart. They may have some this year because they have been carrying them for several years now.
Hey Rachel. I'm glad that you left me a comment...and thanks for the advice on limiting the anonymous attacks. Yes, our husbands do know eachother and I think that I remember you from college.
